Job Overview

Purpose: As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining systems and technologies that drive our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and engineering team members to manage code releases.
  2. Design, plan, and test infrastructure and systems while keeping existing networks in mind.
  3. Set up and enhance CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Deployment).
  4. Configure products to meet functional requirements and configure technical areas.
  5. Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting integration and operations of infrastructure and systems.
  6. Ensure high availability of company products and platforms 24/7, including messaging, voice, and email gateways.
  7. Write and deploy scripts in different environments to automate day-to-day operations.
  8. Maintain servers' configuration, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation across cloud environments.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recent technical experience in Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps role.
  • Strong technical skills in multiple functional areas, such as infrastructure as Code, containerized orchestration, configuration management, programming language, logging system, CI/CD, and network protocols and standards.
  • Ability to spend substantial time interfacing with offshore teams daily.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and ability to drive DevOps mindset initiatives across teams for agile release.
