Electrical Systems Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with expertise in electrical engineering to manage and oversee electrical infrastructure-related projects. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Your focus will be on electrical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the electrical aspects of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to final delivery.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the project team for all electrical-related matters.

  • Resource Allocation: Allocate project resources, including electrical materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure projects stay on track.

  • Risk Identification: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate risk management efforts to ensure the project stays on track.

  • Team Support: Support the project team to ensure high performance. Ensure subcontractors adhere to quality standards, schedules, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Coordinator experience.

  • Experience working on electrical infrastructure projects is required.

  • Understanding of electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning for infrastructure projects.

  • Knowledge in electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.

  • Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety regulations.
