Senior AI Engineer Job Description

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead as a Team Lead, take client interview calls relating to AI, give expert advice & train the AI team.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based systems and algorithms that can solve complex problems and improve business processes.
• Lead & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that leverage AI and machine learning technologies.
• Develop and implement data collection, preprocessing, and analysis pipelines to support AI-based systems and algorithms.
• Conduct experiments and perform statistical analysis to evaluate the performance of AI-based systems and algorithms.
• Implement and maintain AI-based solutions and systems in production environments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Must have experience with Client Facing and team management.
• Understanding of functional design principles, object-oriented programming principles, basic algorithms.
• Ability to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team that has concurrent projects.
• Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and implementations.
• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art models from OpenAI, HuggingFace, and other AI platforms.
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch ecosystem and model development.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and fine-tuning foundation models.
• Experience with modern Computer Vision architectures (e.g., Vision Transformers, YOLO).
• Extensive knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, data structures, and model deployment architecture.
• Expertise in REST API development.
• Strong MLOps experience including model versioning, monitoring, and deployment.
• Proficiency with Cloud Services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning and its applications.
• Great communication and collaboration skills especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business leaders.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Programming experience in Java & C++.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Dask).
• Knowledge of modern attention mechanisms and transformer variants.
• Experience with few-shot learning and advanced prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding systems.
• Experience with model optimization using TensorRT.
• Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
• Knowledge of model quantization and optimization techniques.
• Proven experience in applying AI to practical and all-inclusive technology solutions.

Benefits and Remuneration

The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 per annum. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
