Key Responsibilities:

  1. Main Priority: To lead, manage, and be responsible for a team of engineers to achieve project completion within the given timeline by the customer.
  2. Secondary Priority: To study & improve machine efficiency & line/process productivity.
  3. Other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

">
  • Able to prepare clear, concise reports to the customer to avoid unnecessary delays in project completion.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers on potential technical issues faced during mass production.
  • Ability to use problem-solving tools effectively to analyze issues at hand & solve them.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint presentation).

Language Requirements:

  • English (Spoken & written).
  • Bahasa Indonesia (Spoken).
  • Chinese (Spoken), for handling customers speaking these languages.

Work Location: Station in Batam, Indonesia.
