We are seeking a Senior Associate Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a keen understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to develop compelling campaigns.

The successful candidate will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop engaging content for various media platforms, including digital, print, and social.

The key responsibilities of this role include assisting in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that align with brand strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual assets for advertisements, branding, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and creative team to ensure consistency in brand identity and visual messaging across all projects.
  • Supervise junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate creative outputs.
  • Oversee design execution from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
  • Work closely with copywriters and strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects within deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Present creative ideas and design solutions to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a design or advertising role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience in branding, campaign development, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and adapt to different brand voices.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and art direction projects.
