Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Education Specialist to lead our teaching, training and educational resource development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education with excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training and learning materials for student and faculty development programs.
  • Design and facilitate faculty and student development programs.
  • Deliver workshops, training and orientation sessions across campuses.
  • Lead the planning and management of logistics for key events, campaigns and departmental activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of departmental initiatives and activities.
  • Represent the team in institutional meetings when required.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from a recognized university.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in teaching, training and/or educational resource development.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to develop learning materials and resources.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Note: The selected candidate must be comfortable commuting between campuses located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and occasionally to other cities.
