We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-volume compliance testing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely milestones and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for clear and consistent communication.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Evaluate project activities against compliance regulations, standards, and testing methodologies in collaboration with compliance experts.
  • Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Jira to track project progress and prepare detailed status reports.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, project management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure environments.
  • A strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
