Novasecuris is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in cybersecurity and a solid understanding of Security Operations Centers (SOCs).
The Technical Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling SOC solutions to prospective clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying leads for SOC solutions through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conducting thorough needs assessments and technical evaluations of prospective clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements and challenges.
- Educating clients on the features, capabilities, and benefits of Novasecuris' SOC solutions, tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
- Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our SOC services.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team, SOC engineers, and other stakeholders to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
- Managing the sales process from lead generation to closure, including contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Additionally, technical certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are an asset.
