Architectural Design Specialist

At ARCHI-TEX, we are seeking an Architectural Design Specialist to assist with the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents using Autodesk Revit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM, excellent drafting skills, and experience working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Create 3D models and manage project data within the Revit environment.
• Assist with the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate design changes with the project team and ensure accuracy in drawings.
• Collaborate with architects and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Assist in project coordination and document management.
• Maintain and update Revit families and templates to streamline workflow.
• Review and resolve drawing and model discrepancies during the design and construction phases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architectural Design Specialist or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Experience in architectural planning and interior design.
• Knowledge of BIM methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Revit or BIM-related software are a plus.
