Job Role: Secondary Sales Representative
We are seeking a driven and results-focused individual to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple providers and chemists through regular visits.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to track sales progress and submit comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
To excel in this position, you must be able to set and achieve sales targets, develop and implement effective sales plans, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with 30+ providers and chemists through daily visits.
- Set and achieve sales targets for each SKU in assigned portfolio, delivering consistent results and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and implement monthly sales plans to maximize productivity and meet business objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track daily sales progress and submit comprehensive call reports to the respective ASM and Head Office.
- Maintain accurate purchase histories for all providers, including CMWs, to inform strategic decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
