Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and develop clear instructions for the design and development team.
  • Drive project delivery from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed according to schedule.
  • Communicate project objectives and success criteria to the team, fostering collaboration and understanding.
  • Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify and assign resources, ensuring that all projects are completed according to schedule.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of project documents, storing them appropriately.
  • Develop and implement approved requirements in sufficient scope and detail to deliver solutions meeting customer needs.
  • Lead client meetings as required, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Contribute to developing quality assurance processes, documentation, and testing where needed.
  • Manage and maintain risk plans, mitigating high-risk items in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on key project metrics, measuring project delivery and quality.
  • Handle urgent or unexpected projects, adjusting resource allocation as necessary.
  • Translate technical concepts into non-technical language, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and lead day-to-day project activities, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong background in project management and web development.

BS in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.

Expertise in various project management approaches, including SDLC and PM methodologies (waterfall, Agile / Scrum).

Proven experience managing infrastructure projects.

At least 3 to 5 years of past development experience in Web development, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
