Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to students, faculty, and staff on career development, academic planning, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective career guidance programs and services that meet the diverse needs of our stakeholders.
  • Counsel students on career choices, academic planning, and professional development, using knowledge of job market trends and labor market analysis.
  • Analyze data and research to identify trends and opportunities in various industries and professions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and other stakeholders to provide valuable insights and resources to our stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in career counseling, education, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including underrepresented groups.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and industry developments.
