Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to establish and develop strong relationships with new and existing retail, dealer, and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, specifically in Building Materials sales, preferably PVC products.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries of products to clients
  • Executing the company's sales strategy to achieve/exceed assigned sales targets
  • Handling customer complaints and coordinating with the concerned department to resolve those complaints to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of potential markets and product specifications
  • Managing client accounts and ensuring timely revenue recoveries
  • Recording all sales, appointment, and complaints data and preparing relevant reports for management review
  • Contributing information/feedback for the development of sales strategies

You will work closely with the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Requirements:
