Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students, evaluating their learning, and contributing to their academic success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong research background and a proven track record of publishing impactful scholarly research in peer-reviewed journals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and supervise undergraduate and graduate students
  • Evaluate student learning and contribute to their academic success
  • Conduct and publish scholarly research in peer-reviewed journals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field from an institution recognized by HEC in consultation with PEC
  • PEC registration as an Engineer
  • 10 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized institution/college/university or 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization, out of which 2 years must be teaching experience
  • OR 5 years of post-PhD teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization
  • 10 research publications with at least 4 in the last 5 years in HEC/PEC recognized journals
