Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to support our human resources and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Gather and verify payroll data, ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update employee records, including employment contracts and PTO requests.
  • Recruitment Support: Post job ads, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and assist with onboarding.
  • Policies and Procedures: Create, update, and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents related to company policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Administrative Coordination: Manage HR-related correspondence, organize employee engagement activities, and coordinate meetings or training sessions.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
  • Proven experience as an HR/Admin Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing or payroll software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
