Key Account Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Business Development Specialist to spearhead our business growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue streams in Human Resource Management and related services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to facilitate ongoing partnerships and drive repeat business.

  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by closing deals and generating revenue.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HR industry.
  2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong analytical skills to assess market needs and client requirements.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
