**Job Summary:**

  • A highly skilled animator is required to join our team, bringing creativity and passion to the role of Jr Animator.

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers across various marketing channels to create engaging video content.
  • Edit a variety of video assets while ensuring storytelling and strategy are well-executed in each piece produced.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual style throughout all deliverables.
  • Conceptualize and design animations using different styles and approaches as needed.
  • Work on diverse projects spanning digital and offline media platforms.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to deliver creative ideas with attention to detail.
  • Develop guidelines, templates, and processes for effective project management.
  • Adapt quickly to changing direction and feedback while meeting deadlines and balancing multiple projects.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion graphics, interaction design, art, film, broadcast, audio, or media production.
  • Ability to create graphics and animate video concepts independently from start to finish.
  • Develop original designs or execute Creative Director's ideas effectively.
  • Takes creative direction and constructive criticism positively.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and proficient in other relevant tools such as Indesign, Premier, and XD.
  • Maintains high attention to detail throughout the creative process.
  • Effectively communicates creative concepts.
  • Manages project workload and time efficiently for revisions and approvals.
  • Must submit a demo reel/portfolio website showcasing design and animation work.
  • Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
