Financial Transaction Manager

The role of a Finance Executive involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. A successful candidate should have experience working with accounting software, such as Oracle NetSuite, and be well-versed in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and record financial transactions using Oracle NetSuite and other accounting software.
- Prepare vouchers, bank receipts, and payments while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Reconcile accounts, transactions, and discrepancies by collecting and analyzing financial data.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with GAAP.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Conduct audit documentation and internal financial analysis to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with senior finance professionals to optimize financial workflows in NetSuite ERP.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for taxation, payroll, and financial reporting needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with GAAP compliance.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliations.
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis) and familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
