Technical Lead - MERN Stack

Are you a seasoned technology expert with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) technologies? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Lead to oversee our day-to-day duties, ensure successful project delivery, and provide strategic direction for our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead code reviews to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience transitioning from a hands-on role to a managerial role.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.

  • Ability to assess team performance and provide feedback.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
