CNC Machine Shop Manager Job Description

This is a senior management role that requires strategic thinking and leadership skills. As a CNC Machine Shop Manager at Rastgar Engineering Company Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CNC Machine Shop.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, organize, and control production processes to meet customer requirements.
  2. Liaise with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in metal cutting, with a strong background in operating Lathe and Milling machines. They should also possess good working knowledge of CAD / CAM software, as well as knowledge of Material Standards, CNC Machining / Programming, and Machining Standards.

Tool selection and catalog reading skills are also essential, along with basic knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production and development projects, working independently and resourcefully to meet deadlines.
