TelSales Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven individual to fill the role of TelSales Professional, responsible for generating sales and leads through effective communication and tailored label printing solutions.

• Sales Outreach: Initiate proactive calls to target new customers across the United States to introduce our label printing services and drive revenue growth.
• Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and networking strategies to identify and qualify potential leads within the target market.
• Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our labels' printing capabilities, materials, and customization options to communicate value propositions effectively.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consult with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable label printing solutions.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM software, and follow up with leads to progress them through the sales pipeline.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue objectives.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, and lead generation is highly valued.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
