We are seeking a highly skilled Telesales Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their home security needs, and promote tailored security solutions. This individual will be responsible for engaging potential and existing customers via phone, promoting and selling home security products and services, answering questions related to security systems, packages, and installation, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales backgrounds, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help customers feel safe and protected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience in every interaction to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or customer service, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with English fluency required.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals and meet targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible shifts.
  • Basic computer and typing skills to manage customer interactions and data entry.
