**Job Title:** HVAC Supervisor

**Job Description:**

The MEP HVAC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in a mixed-use development. This includes ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and hotel performance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, exhaust and fresh air systems.
  2. Regular inspections and preventive maintenance for HVAC equipment to guarantee optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  3. Troubleshooting HVAC faults and recommending corrective measures.
  4. Ensuring HVAC systems meet hotel comfort standards and energy policies.
  5. Monitoring and maintaining the smooth functioning of all MEP services within guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  6. Coordinating with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to respond to guest complaints and maintenance requests promptly.
  7. Maintaining a log of HVAC performance metrics, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
  8. Supervising contractors and third-party vendors during MEP installation, refurbishment, or upgrades.
  9. Assisting in planning and executing hotel renovation or expansion projects involving HVAC and other MEP systems.
  10. Ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with local codes, safety standards, and hotel policies.
  11. Coordinating with consultants, architects, and engineers for HVAC system integration in hotel projects.
  12. Maintaining accurate records of HVAC systems, asset history, spares inventory, and maintenance reports.
  13. Reporting system performance, incidents, and maintenance updates to the Chief Engineer or Facilities Manager.
**Essential Requirements:**
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of Facility Management in HVAC supervision, preferably in hotel and high-end commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC Operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, coordination layouts, and technical documentation.
