Job Description

We are seeking a product management professional to drive key initiatives, enhance user satisfaction, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in daily stand-ups to ensure project delivery and collaboration with the squad
  • Own and maintain key performance indicators for the Customer Experience Squad
  • Develop and maintain a healthy backlog of features aligned with business goals
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify key problem areas and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead squad calls to discuss KPIs and domain-specific needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need a strong foundation in product management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A bachelor's degree from a recognized university and 2-4 years of product management experience are also essential.

Additionally, proficiency in SQL, good design skills, and familiarity with tools like Figma are required. Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence is also necessary.
