Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling client inquiries, and providing administrative support to our team members.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage the front desk and greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome.
  2. Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure workplace security.
  3. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and sending faxes.
  4. Prepare meeting rooms and conference spaces for events and meetings.
  5. Answer phone calls in a professional manner and route them as necessary.
  6. Support colleagues with administrative tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
