Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial, operational, and commercial strategies aligned with business goals
  • Develop and present insightful reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to support leadership decision-making
  • Engage with external stakeholders on high-level business matters, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, contribute insights on organizational direction, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in business coordination, strategy execution, or corporate affairs within Telecom/IT or similar sectors
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in dashboards, performance tracking, and data analysis
  • Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure their timely implementation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
