About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales through expertise in SEO, SEM, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for better search engine rankings (SEO).
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to achieve performance goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product, to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
  • Staying Up-to-Date
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts and engage with followers.
  • Market Research
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Performance Metrics
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Analytical Skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Paid Media Experience
  • Experience in paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
  • HTML and WordPress Knowledge
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
