Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, with a proven track record of developing new business and maintaining effective customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities in line with targets allocated by the Branch Manager/HO
- Maintain strong customer relationships through transparent and clear communication
- Generate deposits and maintain them as per target allocated
- Ensure timely receipt of monthly financing instalments and provide support for trouble recovery segments
- Support compliance with various regulatory requirements, including Credit, AML/CFT, and deposit-related regulations
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services
- BBA/MBA in Finance or Marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial/corporate/SME experience is highly desirable
