Teacher Development Specialist

The Teacher Development Specialist is responsible for improving teacher quality through training and feedback. This involves working closely with teachers to identify areas for improvement and providing support and resources to help them develop their skills.

  • Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and observations.
  • Work on teacher quality through demo sessions and constant feedback.
  • Organize and manage co-curricular activities and events.
Key Responsibilities
