This position involves verifying practitioner credentials with licensure boards and professional societies, maintaining effective relationships with healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders.
About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position that requires strong communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Medicare enrollment applications, revalidations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify practitioner credentials with licensure boards and professional societies
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders
* Provide exceptional service to customers, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Manage Medicare enrollment applications, revalidations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
Requirements
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in Medical Credentialing
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience with Medicare and Medicaid processes
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
