Job Description:
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administration department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to the management team. This role requires a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise administrative tasks, including mail management, filing, and data entry
- Manage budgets, review operating costs, and suggest cost-saving measures
- Oversee transport matters, including vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, log book, and insurance
- Liaise with government departments and related organizations to ensure compliance with regulations
- Negotiate and assist with lease agreements for offices and campuses
- Supervise protocol duties at Head Office, including receiving and processing official documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
