Content Leadership Role

As a Content Director, you will be responsible for spearheading our content strategy and executing it with the help of an in-house team.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.

  • Develop a comprehensive content blueprint in conjunction with the marketing director and other team members.
  • Implement the content strategy by overseeing the content team, monitoring content performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage and mentor the in-house content team, encompassing writers, videographers, and designers.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize innovative content ideas.
  • Track engagement metrics of all content and ensure adherence to the latest SEO best practices.
  • Produce performance reports to track the content strategy's efficacy.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience producing and editing content.
  • 2+ years of managing a team of content creators (agency or in-house).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in utilizing content management systems (such as WordPress).
  • Proficient in leveraging major social network business tools (such as Facebook and Instagram).
  • A portfolio showcasing original content that has achieved measurable results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience leading a team.
