Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data governance initiatives and ensure data integrity across the organization. As Data Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, optimizing processes, and driving collaboration to maintain accurate and secure master data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop MDM Policies: Create and implement Master Data Management policies to standardize data and comply with industry best practices.
  • Maintain Data Consistency: Ensure data consistency across all systems while adhering to regulatory and industry standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business teams to optimize data governance processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Monitor data security, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve overall data quality.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead and mentor the MDM team, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Analytics, or a related field (MBA or an advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience: 8-10 years in Master Data Management, data governance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on Experience with ERP Systems: Proficient in using SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
    • Data Management Tools and Frameworks: Skilled in utilizing data management tools and frameworks.
    • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to assess data inconsistencies and implement process improvements.
