Project Coordinator Job Summary

A project coordinator is needed to support the CEO and project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. This role involves developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project schedules, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely project delivery within defined parameters
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Communicate project milestones and delays or changes effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies and maintain seamless communication
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and progress on project objectives
  • Provide regular project status updates and issue reports to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, charters, risk logs, and issue logs
  • Utilize project management tools to track and manage project progress
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve processes
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience in project administration, coordination, or management
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
