Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, editing, and research skills, with the ability to adapt their writing style for different audiences and platforms.

This is a full-time role that requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content writing, editing, and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for various digital platforms, including web, print, social media, marketing campaigns, training programs, and digital platforms.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing, writing, and editing high-quality content that meets the needs of our target audience;
  • Researching industry topics to create original, high-performing content;
  • Creating content for newsletters, blogs, reports, brochures, manuals, and presentations;
  • Assisting in the creation of training materials, e-learning content, and educational resources;
  • Collaborating with teams to align content with branding and campaigns;
  • Optimizing content for SEO and maintaining consistent tone and quality;
  • Managing content calendars and tracking performance to refine strategies;
  • Staying up-to-date with trends in content marketing, digital media, and educational tools.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, develop and execute strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness, monitor trends and competitor activity, engage with followers and foster community, plan and run paid ad campaigns as needed, and prepare monthly reports analyzing key performance metrics.

The requirements for this role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in content writing, editing, and development;
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills;
  • The ability to adapt writing styles for different audiences and platforms;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Content Management System (CMS);
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus;
  • Experience in instructional design or e-learning content development is an advantage.
