Job Title:

Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C++.

  • Design and Develop Software Applications: Utilize your expertise in C++ to design and develop software applications that meet the needs of our business.
  • Lead a Team of Engineers: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead a team of engineers through collaborative efforts and code reviews.
  • Analyze Business Requirements: Analyze business requirements and system specifications to ensure that our software applications meet the needs of our customers.
  • Write Efficient Code: Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code that meets the standards of our company.
  • Troubleshoot Software Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on C++.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns, experience with multi-threading and asynchronous programming, familiarity with modern C++ standards (C++11 and above), proficient in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning, experience with version control systems (preferably Git), good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities.
