Maintenance Leader

Position Purpose: Implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to achieve organizational objectives. Monitor and measure performance after preventive maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) specified in the facilities management program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a maintenance plan that ensures optimal equipment functionality and minimizes downtime
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  3. Analyze data to inform maintenance decisions and optimize resource allocation

Requirements:

  1. Schooling: Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related fields
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Manager
  3. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), mechanics, and electronics
