Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for digital platforms and print media.

The successful candidate will translate marketing and branding strategies into visually compelling designs, develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects, and work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

We are looking for a talented designer who can lead and mentor junior designers when needed, present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, and stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and technologies.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across different mediums
  • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
