Learning Experience Specialist
Job DescriptionThis role involves creating and implementing effective training programs to support employee growth and development. You will work closely with HR and departmental leads to identify learning needs, develop training content, and evaluate program impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and experience with LMS tools.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute training programs that meet business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging learning experiences
- Maintain accurate records of training participation and completion data
- Analyze feedback to assess learning effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in training or development role
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS platforms
Remote or on-site work arrangement
