Gas Theft Prosecutor Position

We are looking for a skilled lawyer to handle gas theft cases in Gas Utility Court and High Court. The successful candidate will have an LLB degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • The candidate will be responsible for vetting FIR/154 CrPC statements, preparing daily prosecution reports, and coordinating with the in-charge Prosecution wing.
  • Drafting cases, appeals, reviews, revisions, petitions, and written statements will also be part of the job.
Job Requirements:
  1. LLB degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience and 1 year of bar enrollment.
  2. Preference will be given to candidates having an LLM degree.
