We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director to join our team in Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in information security principles, practices, and technologies.

Salary

The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.

Job Description

This role involves providing strategic guidance on governance, risk management, and compliance matters across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
  • Developing and implementing risk assessment methodologies, risk identification, risk analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years of post-graduation experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles.
  • Proven expertise in incident response cycle, incident reports generation, and usage of SOAR technology to support SOC operations.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, risk identification, risk analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Experience with deployment of EPP and EDR solutions on systems and devices.
