Freelance Project Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Sourcing: Regularly monitor freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr for new project postings that match our skills and service offerings.
  • Proposal Development: Analyze project requirements to ensure a good fit before preparing and submitting detailed proposals.
  • Client Communication: Manage communications with potential clients, responding to queries and negotiating terms as necessary.
  • Bid Strategy Optimization: Keep track of all bids, responses, and feedback to refine and improve bidding strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand capabilities and service offerings to ensure accurate and compelling proposals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a successful freelancer on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the freelance market and what makes a proposal successful.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively convey our value proposition in proposals.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and match them with our services and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in crafting visible and compelling proposals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach and a keen eye for identifying promising opportunities.
