Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our team of software developers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing cloud software applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, CLM, and Strategy, to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

As an experienced leader, you will enforce agile practices, collaborate with offshore teams, and cultivate technical backlogs.

Key responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
  • 10+ years of experience in server/client-side software development
  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong understanding of scalability and high availability systems
  • Experience working on high-traffic and large-scale web products
