Job Description

The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the cash flow and financial transactions within and outside the organization.

They will propose an annual budget based on organizational goals and production targets, in line with management guidance.

Assisting the finance manager in attending to financial requests related to purchase orders is another key responsibility.

The Assistant Finance Manager will also be responsible for monitoring cash flow during financial transactions with clients and asset purchasers.

A weekly or yearly fiscal profit/loss report will need to be submitted by them.

Interacting with the financial team and ensuring that audit spreadsheets are maintained every month/year is a critical task.

They will handle day-to-day staff performance and manage payroll activities with managerial approval.

Solutions to risk management issues will need to be provided.

Strategic and long-term business plans will be created in support of the financial manager and the board of managers.

Funds will be allocated for new products and services, taking into account rough cost estimates.

One of their primary responsibilities is to assist the manager in obtaining financial data from various sources such as monthly expenses.

When providing reports to the financial manager, they must ensure timely submission through the staff.
