Creative Trailer Editor Job

We are seeking a skilled Creative Trailer Editor to craft captivating, story-driven trailers that encapsulate the essence of podcasts and digital content. Your expertise in pacing, emotion, and storytelling techniques will be pivotal in creating visually striking, fast-paced trailers that leave a lasting impression and generate excitement.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with content creators and marketing teams to ensure alignment with branding and messaging goals. Your advanced video editing skills and passion for cinematic content creation will be essential in delivering high-quality, cinematic trailers optimized for social media, YouTube, etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and B-roll integration. You will also be responsible for handling revisions efficiently while maintaining creative integrity and staying updated with industry trends.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and produce high-quality, cinematic trailers that captivate audiences and drive engagement across digital platforms.
  • Transform raw footage into engaging trailers using dynamic transitions, color grading, visual effects, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
  • Incorporate hooks, cliffhangers, and key insights to maximize audience engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with content creators and marketing teams to ensure alignment with branding and messaging goals.
  • Handle revisions efficiently by implementing feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Strong storytelling and pacing skills to craft engaging narratives.
  • Expertise in color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and B-roll integration.
  • Understanding of social media and digital marketing trends related to video content performance.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
