About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled mobile application developer to join our team. As a Lead Mobile Application Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of mobile applications from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy end-to-end product features.
  • Take ownership of features and projects from conception to deployment, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing performance, stability, and user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring engineers, and driving knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and work independently.
  • Ability to design and implement systems with clarity, reusability, testability, and scalability in mind.
  • Experience in developing mobile SDKs/kits and integrating them with various mobile apps.
  • In-depth understanding of Java and Kotlin, supplemented by active knowledge of reactive programming and architectural components.
  • Thorough knowledge of Android system frameworks (native libraries, Android Service, Android runtime, etc.).
  • Knowledge of REST/HTTP, JSON, and backend systems.
  • Experienced in CI/CD with testing and release automation.
  • Strong capability of meeting project milestones and comfortable with agile development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas through both written and oral means.
  • Strong leadership skills for managing the team, defining growth paths, and implementing processes as needed.
