We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder to excel in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and projects on Upwork, submitting well-crafted proposals, and securing projects in software development.
Key Responsibilities :- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
- Maintain and update our profile to reflect our latest work, skills, and testimonials.
- Draft and submit customized proposals based on project requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and clarify project details.
- Negotiate project terms and close deals.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and clients.
- Provide feedback and insights for proposal improvement.
- Track and report on bid success rates and client interactions.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder or similar role for at least 3 years, in a software house specializing in Mobile and Web Development.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including software development, web development, and other related services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft persuasive and compelling proposals.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork's platform and bidding process.
