Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting prospects using various sales tools and databases. You will build and maintain segmented prospect lists for multiple service lines, set up automations for lead enrichment, sequencing, and follow-ups, and design and execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

You will also personalize outreach at scale while leveraging automation, monitor open, click, and reply rates, optimizing campaigns based on performance, respond to inbound leads, and manage bids on freelancing platforms.

Furthermore, you will conduct discovery calls to identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions, collaborate with internal teams to draft proposals, estimates, and contracts, and excel in both personalized outreach and client communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably IT/Data/Analytics services)
  • Strong proficiency with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot/Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Experience setting up automated outbound workflows (email, LinkedIn, enrichment)
  • Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
  • Ability to lead client calls, handle objections, and close deals
