Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced web and graphics designer to fill this key position. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of solid experience in designing visually appealing websites, templates, and graphics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize various media including photography and computer-aided design (CAD) to create engaging visuals.
  2. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in new media, particularly software such as Quark Xpress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver, Flash, Corel Draw, and CSS.
  3. Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work that meets the highest standards.
  4. Contribute innovative ideas and design artwork to the overall project brief.
  5. Demonstrate effective illustrative skills through rough sketches.
  6. Translate PSD designs into XHTML/CSS templates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in web and graphics design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing websites, template designs, and graphics.
