Job Overview

A reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator is required to accurately enter and maintain data from source documents into designated systems, databases, and forms.

The role supports warehouse operations by ensuring all client-related and inventory-related data is properly captured and processed, enabling smooth order fulfilment, dispatch, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed databases, systems, and forms with high accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain and update records as needed.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Compile, sort, and organize paperwork before entering data.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups.
  • Follow data integrity and security policies.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all documentation as per company policy.
  • Communicate with supervisors or managers about data discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
